Kindergarten Preview Night

FCA Kindergarten Preview will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 6:30 pm in Stephen’s Chapel for families with little ones entering Kindergarten. Parents will learn more about the admissions process for the 2025-2026 school year and see what it’s like in the day of the life of a kindergarten student. Parents and prospective kindergarten students are encouraged to attend.

Preview Night

FCA Preview Night will be held on Monday, January 13th at 6:00 pm in our Atrium for students entering 1st-12th grades. You will receive information about enrolling your child in FCA’s Christ-centered learning environment, view our curriculum, meet our teachers & staff, learn about the admissions process for the 2025-2026 school year, and take a tour of our beautiful campus.

Admissions Process

1: Create Account

Create an account to start an application. (Check below for grade availability). Read application instructions first, before completing the application.

2: Required Documents

Upload all required documents (in a single file PDF format) from the Application Checklist & pay the application fee. The application is electronic.

3: Assessments & Interviews

If applicable, the academic assessment helps to determine grade level placement while the family interview is with the grade level principal.

4: Enrollment Decision

The admissions decision is emailed to the family.

Waitpool Information

While seats may become available anytime throughout the school year due to life event changes (relocation, homeschool etc.), there are key time frames to note in the wait pool process. The FCA wait pool is active from February 1, 2024 – January 31, 2025.

March – The enrollment change period for current families for the upcoming school year ends on February 19th. Wait pool families can typically expect to be notified of grade-level openings beginning in March for the upcoming year.
July – The first tuition payment for the upcoming school year is due in August. Grade-level openings may also occur immediately following the first tuition payment cycle notification.

We will keep families who are in the wait pool posted if spaces become available. Please note that we always welcome students to reapply next season (February 1, 2024 – January 31, 2025) if we have not been able to offer them admission from the wait pool.
