The following changes will take effect on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, the first day of school. These updates are designed to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure that all students receive meals in a timely and organized manner.
Key Changes:
- New Ordering Platform: Lunch orders will now be placed through RenWeb Family Portal. This allows for easier ordering and quicker processing.
- Order Deadlines: All lunch orders must be submitted by 8:30 am every day. Unfortunately, students without lunch and who have not ordered lunch may receive the Turkey and Cheese sandwich option.
- Monthly Menus: Menus will be available at the end of the month, giving families time to review and plan. These will be posted on the RenWeb portal.
- Payment Process: Payments will now be made through FACTS. These charges will be billed to your FACTS account as incidentals every month.
- Allergies: Please record any allergies in RenWeb to ensure that all allergies are flagged in the system.
