REGISTER YOUR CHILD

Step One:

Registration Forms that must be signed are housed at this link. These forms MUST be completed in order for your child to attend our summer camp. Please note that parents may fill out one form for ALL of their children. A separate form for each child is not required.

Step Two:

All students must have an updated Medical Waiver with FCA in order to attend. When you finish the application, the Medical Waiver form will automatically load. EACH CHILD must have a medical form. The form will continue to reload after it’s completed to allow parents to complete the form if they have more than one child.

This form must be completed before your child can attend Summer Camp.

Step Three:

Parents must register for a Brightwheel account by following the instructions in the email provided from Brightwheel. This will be sent after you complete your registration forms.

CHANGE YOUR REGISTRATION

Change Form:

If you need to change the dates your child will be attending Lion’s Summer Camp, either by adding additional weeks, or removing your child’s registration for certain weeks, please fill out the form below.

***Please note that all changes must be made by the Tuesday before the change is to occur, to avoids any charges for the upcoming week.
